MH Physique Privacy Policy

Henselmans LLC (" Company", "we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

When you visit our website (the " Website"), use our application (the "App") and more generally, use any of our services (the "Services", which include the Website and the App), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information.

This document outlines the Company’s privacy policy. We encourage you to read this document carefully.

If there are any conditions that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of the Services.

Data We Collect

Personal Data and your MH Physique Account

You are required to provide basic personal information such as Name (Optional) and Email Address in order to create a MH Physique Account.

You can also use a third party login such as Google or Facebook.

If you lose access to your email or third party login, you will lose access to your MH Physique account. We cannot restore or change email addresses for security reasons.

Your Fitness and Nutrition Data

MH Physique is a fitness tracking and coaching app and platform. You enter your Fitness and Nutrition Data (consisting of training information such as your workout activity data, exercises performed, body measurements, foods eaten, supplements taken, etc.) into MH Physique. We consider this to be your data and you can choose to retrieve or delete it at any time.

Custom Food Data

While the App contains a large collection of official food and recipe entries, you are allowed to create custom own foods, recipes and meals (Custom Food Data). Such Custom Food Data including but not limited to the names of items, their nutrient information, ingredients, recipes, instructions or images, will be stored on the servers in an anonymized fashion and can be viewed by other users of the Services and included in their Fitness and Nutrition Data.

The shared data is anonymized and such foods cannot be linked back to your personal data. You are however responsible not to include any personal data in any of the text, numbers, images or other data you may include with your custom foods.

You can choose to delete any custom foods you have created and that will remove them from the public database. Note that if any other users have already used those foods to create or track their own meals or recipes, there will be copies of the data that have become part of their Fitness and Nutrition Data. Those copies will be retained, to maintain correct nutrition tracking for those users. If you do not agree with this, do not create any custom foods, recipes or meals.

Managing Your Data

You can delete all your Fitness and Nutrition Data using the functionality in the App. That operation will delete all such data both from the device from which you have initiated the deletion as well as from our servers.

Data deleted from our servers in this way is irretrievably lost and we do not have any provisions to recover that data afterwards.

Please note that if you were logged in from several devices or browsers, those other devices and browsers may still contain locally cached copies of your data, which you can choose to delete at your convenience - but we do not have any access to it.

You have the right to receive a copy of your data. If you wish to do so, please contact us using the support contact functionality in the App.

Managing Your Account and Subscriptions

Please note that deleting your data does not remove your account or subscription. To cancel the subscription, use the link in the subscription receipt email. To delete your account, please contact us using the support contact functionality in the App.

Third Party Services

We use PayPro Global to handle your subscription, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to improve the quality of services we provide to you and Sentry to find and correct any issues you may encounter.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. In all those cases, only the limited amount of data required to perform those specific functions is shared with the third parties.

Customer Support

If you message or contact us for support purposes, you may communicate personally identifiable information to us (such as your email address, debug information, logs, screenshots and other) in the process. Do not include in your messages any information you are not comfortable sharing with our support staff.

We retain support emails in order to improve customer service.

Data Processing

Location

We may store user information on servers located in the United States, European Union, and other countries. This means that information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located.

If you provide Data through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Data may be transferred from your current location to servers in other locations.

Your Data will be deleted when you choose to do so as described in the previous sections.

Data Retention

We retain your data indefinitely in order to provide the Services. However, you can request deletion of your data from within the App, as described in previous sections.

Children

MH Physique does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 and do not target our services to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide Personal Data through any of our Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us, and we will discontinue the provision of services accordingly.

Closing Your Account

You can close your MH Physique Account at any time. To close your MH Physique Account, please contact us from inside the app.

Changes to this Policy

This policy replaces all previous policies. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
